Join White Lotus Yoga and Fit Behavior for a 12-week Yoga series taught by experienced, registered Yoga teacher Cynthia Ambrose. This all levels class will include basic meditation, core strengthening, posture flows as well as longer holdings of postures to promote stamina and cleansing of all major organ systems.
