Carolyn Phillips opened Fit Behavior 11 years ago. To achieve success with clients Carolyn combines her former competitive background as a national level competitor in body building, mountain biking, volley ball, and gymnastics. She opened Fit Behavior because she believed that people would love a quiet, private place to work out where the trainers would focus on YOU. Custom programming, excellent customer service, and unique approaches to fitness are a focus that Carolyn strives for at Fit Behavior.



Tony Pullman

Tony Pullman, CPT (Certified Personal Trainer)

Certification: Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA)

Tony's clients describe him as enthusiastic, supportive, and inspiring. He believes that consistency in exercise is necessary to maximize your success. He has completed the Stott Pilates Mat and Reformer training through the intermediate level. His devotion to expanding his knowledge in Pilates comes from his personal passion for the method and his dedication to helping his clients. Tony's objective is to give you the knowledge and necessary tools to live a healthy lifestyle



Sandra Fluery

Sandra Fluery, CPT (Certified Personal Trainer)

Certification: American Council on Exercise (ACE)

Sandra has worked in the fitness industry for 20 years as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. She has a passion for sharing her love of exercise with others. She teaches her clients to be the best they can be through a combination of cardiovascular exercise, strength training, flexibility and good nutrition. Sandra believes that consistency and positive attitude are the keys to success. She loves working with people in a small studio environment because the clients feel more at ease and less intimidated than they would in a large, impersonal gym.

Sandra likes to say that "exercise is the fountain of youth". Her goal is to establish a connection with her clients and understand what will keep them motivated to keep exercising throughout their lifetime.



Trenair Faulkner

Trenair Faulkner, CPT (Certified Personal Trainer)

Education: B.S. in Psychology and Currently in M.B.A. Program

Trenair Faulkner is a vibrant and ambitious certified trainer. She is highly motivated and eager to help clients reach their fitness goals. She lives by the motto "No Challenge, No Change". In other words, If you want to be fit you must start challenging your body with a cardio and resistance training program. It is her natural connection with people that truly sets her apart. Her ability to translate a person's positive and negative emotions into a customized workout is her forte. Trenair's goal is to help clients experience a transformation in both the body and mind.



Jessica Zurell

Jessica Zurell, Certified Fitness Instructor

Education: B.F.A in Fine Arts

Jessica Zurell is a vivacious and driven certified fitness instructor who is passionate about helping clients have fun while achieving their fitness goals. She believes in the power of fitness to change lives, and is determined to help others discover what best works for them in pursuing both long and short term fitness goals. Jessica's goal is to always provide an invigorating experience which will benefit both body and mind.



Brenda Ryan

Brenda Ryan, Certified Fitness Instructor

Education: BS in Biology, MA in Education

Brenda has been a fitness enthusiast for all her life. Her passion for skiing, mountain biking, and volleyball paved the way for her to become a certified fitness instructor. She has been teaching a variety of fitness classes for four years. Her energetic style and sense of humor make for a fun experience with her clients. She believes that exercise is the way to a "good life". Feeling strong, being healthy, and reducing stress can be achieved through exercise.

Brenda's goal is to create a positive, fun-filled exercise experience as well as an increase in self esteem for all who attend her classes.



Cynthia Ambrose

Cynthia Ambrose, RYT, Thai Yoga Therapist and Reiki Practitioner

Accreditation/Certification: Certification in Taoist Yoga, Certification training at Samadhi Yoga Studio, Dance Awakening training, training in Thai Yoga, and Certification to teach yoga to children

Cynthia started her path of yoga 11 years ago after a back injury. Yoga has changed her life and has taught her to be accepting of herself as well as others, seeing through eyes of "Metta", Loving Kindness. Her teaching incorporates many styles and traditions and invites you to allow your practice to be exactly what it is you need at the moment. She enjoys teaching group classes, private classes, and workshops on different traditions of yoga and meditation as well as dance and movement. She invites you to listen to your breath and find the silent witness from within.



Santina Giuliano

Santina Giuliano, Insured and Licensed Massge Therapist

Accreditation/Certification: CT Center for Massage Therapy in Newington, CT

Santina has a warm personality and enjoys the art of healing and massage therapy. Her styles include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Acupressure, Sports, Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy. Her future educational interests include becoming a Personal Trainer and/or taking part in the Physical Education program at Central Connecticut State University.
