Carolyn Phillips opened Fit Behavior 12 years ago. To achieve success with clients, Carolyn combines her former competitive background as a national level competitor in body building, mountain biking, volley ball, and gymnastics. She opened Fit Behavior because she believed that people would love a quiet, private place to work out where the trainers would focus on YOU. Custom programming, excellent customer service, and unique approaches to fitness are a focus that Carolyn strives for at Fit Behavior.
Carolyn is featured on WFSB Channel 3's Better CT television program and on 96.5 TIC FM's Damon Scott radio show as the weekly fitness expert.

As a former collegiate athlete, Bill can appreciate what it takes to reach your fitness goals, and he is ready to help anyone who is willing to put in the time and effort! Chris graduated CCMT in August of 2011 and is nationally certified and Connecticut Licensed to practice massage. With the combination of his CPT and LMT, Chris’ goal is to help promote healthier life styles and an overall better quality of living for the population.

Kim is an energetic personal trainer and group fitness instructor who likes to share her passion for health and fitness with others. She enjoys learning new things and incorporating them into her life as well as her routine.

I aim to help prevent pain and life threatening conditions, develop fitness and energy levels and help you to look your best, by following a program that is tailored to each individual's needs.

Gina has always been a physically active individual. She was a rhythmic gymnast from age 6-17 and competed nationwide. Throughout high-school she competed in gymnastics and played varsity volleyball. While attending college she became interested in group fitness which is where she pursued her group exercise instructor certification. Cindy says there is an athlete in every one of us. She believes fitness needs to be a priority in life, and aspires to make fitness fun and accessible for everyone.
Cindy is a former Collegiate, National, and World Champion in rowing, and has competed internationally representing the United States. She enjoys road biking, mountain biking, cross country skiing, and weight lifting.

Tony has been taking Zumba since 2009 and is certified to teach Zumba and Zumbatomic. Tony Has been teaching a variety of different dance styles for more then six years, and attended many workshops with master teachers, such as Frank Hatchett, Charles Goddertz, Chio and more. He has participated in The Pulse Tour dancing with and learning from esteemed So You Think You Can Dance choreographers including Mia Michaels, Brian Friedman, Tyce Diorio, Wade Robson, Dave Scott and more.
Tony's unique approach to teaching will invoke feelings of accomplishment, respect and joy of dance.

Loredana is very passionate about life, fitness and health. She believes that exercise should be fun and you should enjoy it, that is why she fell in love with Zumba. Zumba is for all ages and all fitness levels. Everyone can Zumba! She is a fun and energetic instructor with an infectious smile.
Loredana is a middle school teacher. She grew up playing sports and is a natural competitor. She is always working to reach new fitness goals.

I have been a salsa dance instructor for 11 years in group, couple and individual settings. The love and passion for dancing has always been part of my life from a young age and the most rewarding joy for me is to teach others the beautiful art of Latin dance.
I love teaching Zumba classes. The reason is simple: every class feels like a PARTY! Come and join me at Fit Behavior and you'll see what I mean. You don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. It's easy!

Natalie has been teaching group fitness classes for over 20 years. Her background as an accomplished yoga and fitness instructor signifies her strong desire to provide support and encouragement to individuals who are ready to make positive and everlasting changes in their lives.
Natalie, a self proclaimed reformed "type A" fitness enthusiast, began her yogic journey 3 years ago with weekly yoga classes. She has embraced yoga for both its physical and inner benefits and deepened her practice. After years of running, aerobic fitness classes, and weight training, yoga was a nice shift; and as Natalie calls it, getting in shape "from the inside out". Her classes offer a safe space for self inquiry and awareness.
Education: Graduated from Newington High School in 2010 and is currently a sophomore at The University of Hartford as a Radiologic Technologies major.
Ashley will greet you and encourage you to participate in all the fun activities Fit Behavior offers. Ashley herself is very passionate and interested in fitness and taking care of the body. She believes that a healthy fulfilling life involves happiness and much can come from being active and taking care of ones self.
She was an all conference field hockey and tennis player in high school as well as an all-state academic field hockey player and she continues to stay active and run.
