During a Pilates session, your instructor will continuously prompt you to concentrate deeply on your core muscles, as well as on your breath, the contraction of your muscles, and the quality (not quantity) of your movements. 30FIT is an intense and effective 30 minute workout that includes both your cardiovascular and weight training components of fitness. The intensity levels are high to challenge you, yet can be modified by the personal trainer to accommodate your personal level of fitness and work around previous injuries.

Workouts consist of boot camp, functional training, plyo metrics, cardio kick, compound training a variety of workouts to inspire and keep you focused. Group training includes kettle bells, ropes, weights, steps, heavy balls, TRX, and all the latest and up to date equipment to get you fit!
A variety of Yoga asanas (postures) and complex flowing sequences designed to condition the major joints and muscles groups will be practiced. Deep abdominal breathing along with other types of breathwork will be practiced. In addition to developing strength and flexibility, this class will also build stamina. Each class period will start with basic postures and sequences to thoroughly warm the muscles and move towards intermediate ones including inversions, balancing and back bending poses.

Boot camp workouts are efficient because you work your entire body-- heart and muscles--by going from one exercise to another with no rest.
