Fit Behavior Senior Sneakers on Cable TV
This 6-part series focuses on low-impact exercises to help keep the senior community in shape. Originally broadcast in October 2007, it will be aired again through August 2008 is as follows: Saturdays @ 1PM, Sunday @ 1PM and 10PM, and Monday-Thursday @ 7AM.
